Begin the Revolution of a New Outlook on Your Future

1. Spend time alone, get to know yourself. Journal your dreams, meditate, pray, read self-help books, do whatever works for you at your pace, but make time to do it. Have tons of people in the house? Go for a daily walk, go to the library, get a baby sitter. Just do it alone.

2. Find out what your true calling is. What are you really here to do? (Business Coach, Crystal Dewberry will talk more about this below.)

3. Get rid of the “Jane’s” in your life. Do away with the toxic people, the emotional vampires that suck the life right out of you. These are the people who enjoy being depressed and want to take you along for the ride.

4. Surround yourself with go getters not accepters!

5. Say no to pity parties. The second you feel one coming on, switch it around and start thinking about what positive outcome you want. You know a pity party is on its way when you start thinking, “Why does this always have to happen to me? I’ll never be able to pay my bills! I’m such a loser I will never find the right mate, etc…”

Cut it out already! Stop whining and complaining and DO SOMETHING about it. Talk about your dreams and your future. Write about it and fantasize about it constantly.

Okay, some of you reading this might think…
“Simone has really lost it, this is silly, give me a freakin’ break! I don’t have any power to change my situation.”

You are SOOOO wrong, BECAUSE ANYTHING YOU WANT IS ATTAINABLE…you hear me? Anything you want.
So you make the choice. Let the revolution begin! If you want it, You GOTS TO HAVE IT!

Rodial Boob Job - Is it worth it?

In the age of chemical peels and cosmetic surgery, Rodial has captured nature’s power by creating a range of super-effective skincare.

Model perky breasts remain a distant hope for a world of girls, unless they are ok to go through the experience and price of the knife. Well Rodial’s most recent wonder cream, the Boob Job looks like the way to a sexier bust. Rodial Bob Job is based on a natural phytosterol, isolated from an Asian root, and is supposed to work along with your natural fat cells.

A few testimonials from users of Rodial’s Boob Job

“Could you please email me any recommendations and what other people thought of this produce before I purchase. I have a 9 month old daughter whom I breastfeed until 6 months and now boobs are not so pert and not as full. I was a 34C and proud of it but do not fee so confident about them now. I am considering an uplift, but would prefer other options. I would love to hear about how others got on. Thankyou” - Terri H

“this product works!!!! even after putting it on once you can see a difference! worth every penny!!!!” - Victoria b

The concept behind Rodial’s Boob Job is that as the fat moves around the body after eating, the cream keeps the fat into locations where the cream has been applied, and locks it down into the chest zone. You should start to notice an elevation in breast shape within 56 days, and it should provide a lifting and firming effect.

Adult acne can be treated

Certain medications can also cause adult acne. Anabolic steroids are one medication which is responsible. Many of these types of steroids are used to bulk up and are also illegal. There are other legal medications which can also cause adult acne. Anti-epileptic medications, Lithium, anti-Tuberculosis medications, and medications containing iodine can all cause adult acne. Some of these medications can be discontinued or changed to prevent the acne, however, some cannot.

When a person works with certain chemicals at work, it is possible to develop adult acne. This type of adult acne is called chloracne and is developed when someone comes in contact with chlorine. This type of adult acne is characterized by whiteheads and blackheads.

Metabolic disorders are one reason for adult acne. When a person has changes in their hormone balance changes, acne can develop. This usually occurs during pregnancy, menstruation, or during a time of hormone imbalance.

Adult acne can be treated in a number of ways. Over the counter medications and systems are the most common way. These forms of treatment are much more convenient and easy to get hold of. It is easier than going to a dermatologist. A dermatologist is another cure for adult acne. He can either prescribe a medication or he can perform “acne surgery.” This is just when the dermatologist uses a sterile tool to pop the pimples.

Adult acne is a problem for many adults, however, it does not have to be.

Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow

Cancer isn’t for wimps. We have to endure shots, blood tests, pills, nausea, body aches, and many more discomforts. Along with the physical discomforts there are also emotional pains of facing cancer. The most emotional aspect of my cancer journey was my hair loss. It was emotional not because of my outward appearance, but rather the hair loss was a very visual reminder of my sickness. My hair loss brought home the reality that I do indeed have cancer.

In order to brace myself for my hair loss, I made sure that I had a wig ready for when I needed it. My fashion conscious daughters, Heidi age 16 and Steph age 13 helped me choose a wig that matched my hair color and style. They also had fun imagining their mom with long flowing locks of blond hair, or a curly, red, Shirley Temple style. We made jokes about hair to lighten the mood for that fateful day. Heidi said one evening “I heard that the longer that people are married, the more they start to look like each other” I’ve been married to my loving but bald husband for almost twenty years. Soon we looked like two bookends when we sat on the sofa together.

The day I was dreading, despite the joking around, finally came. Just two weeks after my first chemo treatment, my hair fell out in clumps and my scalp hurt like a bad sunburn. I decided to get a “G.I. Jean” buzz cut to relieve the pressure on my head and to eliminate the mess in the shower. I shed a few tears as I saw my dark brown hair falling to the floor. But I felt a sense of relief. I also felt a wave of reality sweep over me as I realized that I really do have cancer. In the early days of diagnosis, it took a while for the truth to set in. With the onset of hair loss, there was no denying it.

When my daughters saw my new haircut they reacted in very different ways. Heidi, was very quick to share the scientific reasons why my hair was falling out. “The chemo kills off cells that reproduce like digestive cells, hair cells and thankfully cancer cells.” Steph on the other hand, shed a few tears and wished I could just skip the hair loss part of chemo. She even snuck into my bathroom, and dug out some of my hair from the wastebasket, put it in a baggie and saved it so that she could always remember what my hair used to look like. Despite the emotions, the joking still goes on and I just join in the fun. After receiving the last cup of coffee in the pot I stated “This coffee is so strong it could grow hair on my chest. Oh, wait a minute. It can’t!”

Just as we are all unique, we will react differently to our treatments and our treatments will react differently toward us. Keeping a positive attitude can go a long way toward easing the pain. I have found that humor can be found in even the most emotional aspects of treatment. A good laugh can lift the spirits and heal the soul. No matter what cancer throws my way, I have to battle it with everything I’ve got, including my sense of humor. After all my hair loss is only temporary, but my life is forever.

Acne Treatment - Homemade and Herbal Techniques

Acne Treatment is big business, but sometimes you’ll find that those expensive prescription treatments are just out of your reach. Why not try some easy homemade and herbal techniques? It takes about two weeks for any new treatment to take effect and stop acne from coming in, so remember if it doesn’t work within the first couple of days stick with it for a little while.

Prevent acne causing bacteria from getting into your pores by applying Witch Hazel to your skin after getting out of the shower or washing your face. It’s an astringent available in most stores that will cause your pores to tighten up. Try making a paste of fresh basil leaves and Sandalwood to apply to your face. If you’ve currently got acne dab it with vinegar before bedtime to reduce the swelling or place a little toothpaste on it. The alkalinity of crushed strawberry leaves in a paste or placed directly on the acne will also help reduce swelling. Eat foods rich in Vitamin A, Pantothenic Acid, and Vitamin E amongst other nutrients to help maintain healthy skin to help keep it from developing permanent scarring and also to keep acne from developing as easily.

If you are looking for a topical treatment to help heal the scarring left behind by your acne, make sure to wait until all of your acne is gone before you start applying it. It may irritate existing acne and make it much worse. Rose hip oil is used for many kinds of scarring and may help with facial scarring. It contains a derivative of Vitamin A. Some people apply Vitamin E to their scarring. Be aware when applying essential oils to the skin that it may only make your skin worse, causing irritation and inflammation.
