Is a Tabletop Fountain Really the Magic Bullet that People Think it Is?

For years, feng shui has been recognized for its vocation-enhancing attributes. A familiar misconception is that just utilising a tabletop fountain is sufficient to produce a feng shui magnified business office. Thither is more to office feng shui than just imparting a tabletop fountain to your work table.

Practice these three lessons to your agency or business to better your job prosperity.

  1. Never have your seating placement in such a way that you have your vertebral column exposing towards the entryway.
  2. Poise your work-life with your house life by adding the photographs of your family on your desk. This will create a soothing atmosphere and assist you concentrate on work related tasks.
  3. If you have several work stations in your bureau, make sure that these tables are not placed in such a way that co-workers have to present their vertebral column towards each other. This principle is considered to ameliorate your intra-office and inter-office relationships. If you determine to add a decorative piece to your office, nothing works as efficaciously as a tabletop fountain.
  4. When you choose the office-location, construe the bad affects of electromagnetic tension and geopathic tension. You may engage a pro dowser to verify if your office is being negatively affected by geopathic stress.

If you office furniture is all out of alignment and looks disorderly, you have employed feng shui rules wrongly. An NJ Accountant can emphatically benefit from applying these feng shui principles.

Weapons of Mass Distraction

Anything that draws one away from the business of living and being worthy - such as drugs, alcohol, distractions of all descriptions, and sleep when the intent is oblivion, not to mention the idea of killing oneself - is a means of escaping, a little death, and death itself is the ultimate escape.

Anything can be a means of avoiding problems. The means is variable; the end is immutable. Escapism is what it is whichever form it assumes and all manner of distractions - including serious occupations that act as diversions - can serve its purpose. Physically, these distractions may be healthier than drugs and alcohol; mentally, however, they are equally unhealthy if abused - that is, used to the point of leaving the problems indefinitely unsolved. In that case, precious time one could spend working toward a solution is persistently wasted or wrongly utilized.

‘Indefinitely’ and ‘persistently’ are the operative words here. It is good practice to take one’s mind off things now and then. Likewise, an occasional break from work is a sensible interlude of relaxation where one recharges one’s batteries in preparation for another period of exertion.

This good practice turns bad when it oversteps the mark and falls into the trap of escapism. Happiness is then nothing but a bitter dream, whose bitterness is diluted with various evasions. Dignity and joy are desired, not felt; their absence is a crying shame. We humans have problem-solving abilities that enable us to achieve fulfillment within the confines of our reality, unless these confines are so narrow that they exclude every possibility of contentment. At this rare and wretched extremity, there is only room for a single pleasant emotion: serenity, through acceptance.

The Power Of Love In Your Life!

CELEBRATE YOUR LIFE!

“If there is light in the soul, there will be beauty in the person. If there is beauty in the person, there will be harmony in the house. If there is harmony in the house, there will be order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, there will be peace in the world.”

-WISE SAYING-

I call it the ‘Celebrate your life’ Journal! It is about celebrating life and getting the most out of living. It is about empowering ourselves, and the world we live in. We have always been in charge, but the results have not been consistent. Now we can go for consistency. Life is a journey. Enjoy the journey.

This writings I dedicate to all of you, the men and women of this world, this planet earth. Ladies, although I have used the words, man, men, I have used them as a generic term. You are included. With deep respect for you, I invite you to partake the wisdom therein.

Celebrate your life is meant to be a trigger, that’s all. As you read the messages, it will trigger new holistic responses from within you. Be open-minded and explore your feelings as you read.

To get the best out of this ‘journal’ read the messages, than relax your self. Let your mind play about with the meanings. In your journal follow the examples given below. Write the words:

1. My mission statement.

2. My reflections.

3.Internalizing.

4. Walk the talk.

Under Mission statement, write down your life’s mission statement triggered by the message just read. Write what comes to mind. You will find that at the end of the journal you would have modified and re-modified your life’s mission statement and come up with a final draft that will show you your life’s mission, a guide towards your destiny.

Under My reflections, just write what comes to mind, that will trigger deep feelings within you. You will experience new dimensions you never knew existed within you. Your reflections should be about what you have just read, of course, but if other thoughts are triggered, very good, just write it down.

Internalizing…under this heading, when something of value touches your core, your being, relating to your life or relationship, make it part of yourself. Internalize it. Be it!

Walk the talk…means, use that you found useful. Of what use is knowledge, if you don’t apply it! Commit yourself to apply what you have discovered in this book. Knowledge is powerful, but applied knowledge is empowering!

An example is given on LOVE here. You can pick any subject and do the same. Start a journal, call it whatever you want, and everyday, make it a habit and put your thoughts in it. Okay go on read about ‘LOVE’below!

LOVE

“Love as principle, order as basis, and progress as end.”

AUGUSTE COMTE.

To day I stand on the threshold of a new discovery, a personal renewal. I have rediscovered the underlying force that moves the world.

Love. I believe in this all pervading positive force. I am human, in the past I have held back. From now, I will let go. I will let go my ego, and bask in the glow of humility as I willingly let myself be enveloped in love.

I realize that to experience love, I must give it away. I must give love; that I may receive love in return. ‘Give that you may receive.’ Yes, I will give my love without reservation. I will give in abundance. I will greet everyone I meet with love in my being.

I will speak with my eyes and heart. People will see the glow of love in my eyes, and feel the warmth of pure love in my every word.

I will live life to the fullest. It is my right. I will live my life amid nature’s order and principle. In return, I will enjoy abundance and prosperity. I will live in freedom, knowing I am in charge. As you sow, so shall you reap, I will sow seeds of quality and harvest a bountiful future.

I believe in continues improvement. It is in continues improvement that I can enjoy perpetual progress. And real lasting progress comes to those who live a life centered in principles.

And life centered in principle is living a life centered in love. I will let love transcend all my doings. I will immerse all my actions in love. I will spread universal love. I will deny no one my love, for to deny others that love, is to deny myself.

My mission statement:

Today, I promise myself, that I will feel genuine love for my fellow men. I will spread this love sincerely to all those who come into my circle of influence. I will spread the golden glow of happiness wherever I go.

My reflections:

I know what is it to be loved, and what is to be without it. I have experienced the joy of unconditional love. I have experienced the sorrow, aguish and emptiness that comes without love. I want to spread love.

Internalizing:

I will deny no man my love and kindness. I will give of it a hundred percent. I will internalize this emotion of love in me, so that it will come unbidden.

Walk the talk:

Talking and feeling love alone is not enough. I must put it into practice. I must walk the talk. Everyday, in everyway I will use love, spread love and spread the joy of experiencing love. I will put it into action. Applied love is everything. I will not only spread love, I will be it!

Did you enjoy it? I have more, on various topics. In fact, I have one for each week. I will have more for you!

How To Be a Champion in Your Life

Are you left with inspiration but no action after hearing, reading, and watching stories about other people who are successful? If so, you’re not alone. I’ve got a question for you: Why watch Oprah when you can be on Oprah instead? Don’t you see different guests on her show every day? They’re people just like you. They didn’t start out on Oprah, they ended up there and it wasn’t by luck either. They changed their lives to get there.

Wouldn’t you like to experience some of that success for yourself? It’s not difficult at all. You just need to learn how to redirect the thoughts and energy you’re using already. You’re getting results, but they may not be the results you really want. What Does being a Champion in your life mean to YOU?

Being self-employed?

Making a certain amount of money per year?

Living in the city that you really want to live in?

Having more free time?

Having more vacation time with your family?

Living in your dream home?

Having effective communication with your family?

Having the relationship you’ve always wanted with someone who understands you?

Having free time for volunteer work or community service?

Having a family?

Having a deep sense that you’re making a contribution to the world

Visiting all the cities and countries you’ve wanted to visit?

Being able to hire a nanny or cleaning person?

Being the best mother, daughter, father, son or friend you can be?

Driving the car you’ve always wanted to drive?

Having the furniture to fill your dream home?

Writing the book you’ve always wanted to write?

Creating the inventions in your head?

Taking action on the ideas in your head that never get out of your head?

Being able to hire an interior designer?

Having the wardrobe you’ve always wanted?

Having more closet space?

Having the free time to dream and imagine?

Meeting a famous person you’ve always admired?

Having the financial resources to contribute to people and causes you love?

Having a personal trainer?

Getting and staying on track with your diet?

Having a lean toned body?

Learning what you’ve always wanted to learn?

Going to school to get a degree?

Being the best when you do your favorite activities?

Doing the things you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t done?

Whatever it is for you, you can have it!

Maybe this is hard for you to believe because you aren’t satisfied with the life you’re living today. Well, your present circumstances don’t determine your future. We have plenty of examples to show us that this isn’t true.

Think of where these people started in life and how they’ve ended up: Bill Gates, Stevie Wonder, Helen Keller, Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, Eckhart Tolle, Anthony Robbins, Steven Speilberg, Julia Roberts, Colonel Sanders, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King Jr., Ghandi (the obvious choices), most professional athletes, most professional musicians and so many others.

They all started out as babies with nothing but personal passion to fuel them on to creating wonderful lives. They all took different roads to climb their individual mountains of success, but they all got there by being focused and by taking action consistently.

Every successful person you have ever known or heard of has had help to create effective results in their lives. They all got where they wanted to go in life. It just took some support. Olympic athletes, businessmen and women, parents, students, salespeople, writers, artists anyone can have what they want.

If you don’t have enough belief in yourself or you don’t have enough support from those around you, then having a coach or mentor can make the difference for you. Working with a qualified coach can support you in succeeding the simple way instead of trying to re-invent the wheel to get results the hard way.

If you’d like more inspiration and direction in becoming a champion visit www.AngryEnoughToChange.com.

An ancient Chinese proverb says, “If we don’t change where we’re going we’ll probably end up there.” Do you want to end up where you’re headed right now?

Think about what it would look like for you to be a champion in your life. Take action in that direction, no matter how small, to start creating it today.

As simple as it sounds, just taking one small step in this direction can lead you to the life you really want. Every destination you’ve arrived at started with one step whether it was in the right or wrong direction.

If you ever look at your life and think, “How did I get here and how do I get out?” then this simple step may open the door to the path you’re looking for.

Inspirational Thought For The Day

Are you ready for your inspirational thought for the day? When you first read it, it may seem too simple. However, if you think about it for even a moment, you’ll see that the implications are profound - and inspiring. This is t:

“Whatever goals you have in your life, and no matter where you are start, someone has succeeded at something similar or even more difficult, starting with less than you have.”

There may be some of you out of the six billion on the planet for whom this doesn’t apply. Perhaps some really want to do things that are far beyond anything a man or woman has ever done, so I apologize to the fifty of you. As for the rest of you, what do you want?

Want a loving partner? Somebody less attractive, charming and intelligent than you is getting happily married somewhere today. Want to create a new food and successfully market it? You probably already have more resources than Harlan Sanders had when he started trying to sell his Kentucky Fried Chicken. Want a big beautiful home? Three or more people in your town have such a home after being poorer than you at some point in their lives.

Is This An Inspirational Thought?

Anthony Hopkin’s character, in the movie “The Edge,” says “What one man can do, another can do.” He goes on to kill the bear that is stalking him. What if you aren’t as strong, as rich, or as smart as others? Not all those who have done great things were always stronger, smarter and richer than you. Just like them, you can learn the right things, take the right actions and put in the effort. This is why this is an inspirational thought. See where some people started from, and you’ll find yourself saying, “Hey! If he can do it, I can too.”

I told a guy he could save money to buy a home, and he claimed he just didn’t have any extra to save. He forget that he already knew several people who were making less money than him and surviving just fine. If he lived like those people for a while, couldn’t he bank the difference? (Just say yes - finding reasons why you can’t do something is a terrible habit to encourage.)

Would you like a date for this Friday? How? Here’s a clue: An awkward young man asked a woman friend why he couldn’t get a date. She asked if he had asked anyone out. After he thought about it for a moment he said, “No.” “That’s why,” she told him. Better example: I know a jerk who always had a date - after asking twenty women a week out. These are lessons, aren’t they? If a geek and a jerk can get a date, you can too, right?

Colonel Sanders drove around in an old van living off his social security check as 900 restaurants told him they were not interested in his recipe. One eventually said yes, and he eventually made millions of dollars. Maybe this could inspire us to try something more than three times?

People come here with little money and speaking little English and end up owning restaurants and stores. If you want to own a restaurant or store, find out how they do it. There are almost three million millionaires in the U.S. If you really want millions, read their stories, talk to them, and learn how to make money. Whatever you want to do, someone has done it, starting from a worse situation than yours. If they can do it, you can too. This is your inspirational thought for the day.

9 Observations On Living So Far

Years from now when science finally locates the center of the
universe, some people will be surprised to learn they are not it.

If you find yourself in an argument with your spouse and what looks to you like obvious logic does not seem to be making
a connection, it’s time to stop and regroup.

This is usually a sign that there are emotions there that need to be dealt with first. Men often tend to get the correct order of this process reversed. Deal with the feelings first, and then you can talk about what makes sense to you.

Summer is the time of year when kids look for summer jobs as a way to earn some extra money. If you want to avoid the grocery store/fast food world or you are still too young to have a formal job, there are still lots of ways to earn money. Look around for all the things that people have to do but don’t like to do. Find a way to do it for them for a fee.

One kid who lived in a large apartment complex noticed that his neighbors hated taking their garbage to the Dumpster. He started a service where he would pick up their garbage at their door, charging 50 cents a bag. He cleaned up that summer, figuratively and literally.

While optimism is a good thing, ungrounded optimism is not a good thing. Ungrounded optimism can blind you to necessary realities.

Getting angry is always a choice. No one can make you angry. So saying, and believing, that “so-and-so makes me so mad” is giving someone way too much power over your life.

The January/February issue of Effective Clinical Practice has
some interesting information for parents.

According to a recent study, in families where there
were no restrictions on teens viewing R rated movies, 46 percent had tried alcohol; 35 percent had tried smoking.

In families where occasional R rated movies were allowed, 16 percent had tried alcohol; 13 percent had tried smoking.

In families where R rated movies were off-limits, 4 percent of teens had tried alcohol; 2 percent had tried smoking.

Parenting matters.

Another tip for parents of teens: www.azlyrics.com provides
you with lyrics to songs that are being played into the brain of
your teens.

You know you are an older parent when you have to put your
glasses on while changing a diaper to make sure you don’t miss
anything.

Best quote I’ve seen in awhile, from one of my favorites, Jim Rohn: “What should a child do with a dollar? Here’s one philosophy - it’s only a child and it’s only a dollar, so what difference does it make? Wow, what a philosophy! Where do you suppose everything starts for the future? Here’s where it starts it starts with a child and a dollar. You say, Well he’s only a child once. Let him spend it all. Well, when would you hope that would stop? When he’s 50 and broke like you?”

Lifetime of Discoveries: Moments of Peace and Renewal

There are discoveries all around us—small gifts of joy that bring moments of peace and renewal.

Yet it is easy to miss the small things of uncommon value and inspiration—the cycles of life in a thriving forest, the perfection of a brilliant flower, the purposefulness of a delicate butterfly, or the spiritual beauty within another soul.

If we would stop for only a moment to marvel at this blessing of life, we would find many heart-stirring discoveries where we least expect them.

A small shift in the way we view a situation can make a life-changing difference.

A purposeful change in perspective can spark a sense of freedom, spiritual vision, and peace of mind. It can uncover a life purpose that has gone undetected. It can heal a hurt that has burdened someone for years.

Take time to listen to the emotion in the voice of a friend, feel the warmth of the sunshine, or view the perfect design in the smallest leaf or a cluster of stars.

Become still.

Listen to the voice inside your heart without judging its message. What does it tell you?

Notice and acknowledge your feelings around any situation that might trouble you.

Then ask yourself, “How could I view this situation differently? What new perspective might turn this into a blessing for me or someone else?”

You will be pleased with the sense of freedom and peace it brings to you.

A lifetime of rewarding discoveries is waiting for all who will stop, look, and listen with faith.
